“Apartment BRAZIL”

 In a little more than 4 years I had the luck to find the seventh
apartment in Rio de Janeiro recently. The apartments are all
situated in Copacabana and I am not sure anymore, which one is the
nicest after rebuilding and creating the penthouses “Atlantica 5
star”, the “Rio de Janeiro C1” and now the brand new “Apartment
BRAZIL”.

Information about the new apartment:

Apartment Brazil is a 125 m² luxury 3 bedroom apartment in the 6th
floor equipped with 3 en-suite bathrooms. It offers a very nice
lateral ocean- and beach view in the best area of Copacabana at
Posto 6, located in Souza Lima Street, just 30 meters from the beach
and a few minutes walking distance to Ipanema beach.

I tried to give Apartment BRAZIL a different style. I used a
different porcellanato floor, not easy to find something really nice
after the amazing floor in Rio C1, I didn´t want to copy things, but
still I took the same doors like in Rio C1 for example.
 
The Apartment BRAZIL got new windows in all 3 bedrooms and 3
bathrooms, and in the kitchen, only “bedroom 3” is situated towards
the street and “anti noise - windows” were used there, although this
street is really one of the quietest in Rio. The new windows have
all white aluminum frames.

 

 All three bedrooms are styled differently as well as the 3
bathrooms; nothing looks similar and all is beautiful and tasteful.
Bedroom 3 has a very beautiful bed, and all beds are queen-size. The
light decorations in the roofs are different and very special.

 BATHROOMS: Bathroom 1 offers a hydro massage, all is decorated
in natural colors. Bathroom 2 fits perfectly to the black & white
styled second bedroom with the famous world wall decoration.
Bathroom 2 has luxury grey white walls and offers also a vertical
hydro massage. Bathroom 3 is styled similar to the en-suite bathroom
in the 5star penthouse and I installed a 90 x 90 big shower in the
corner.

The apartment offers 4 flat screens, one in each bedroom and a
bigger one in the living room. The living room is styled with a
black sofa, 2 black tables and a black rack. All rooms have
ventilators; the 3 bedrooms offer 3 AC´s. Also the clients have a
home theatre, wireless internet, cable TV and a safe at their
disposal.

 The kitchen offers a hob with black mirror, microwave, big fridge
with freezer and coffee machine, mixer and toaster. The kitchen is
fully equipped with ample plates, cups, glasses and everything you
need.

The apartment also offers cleaning service 3 times a week. Bed
linen will be changed twice a week, sufficient fresh towels will
always be available in the apartment.
 The building entrance is secured by doormen and always locked, 24
hours a day. At the corner taxis pass by all the time. In the
nearest surroundings of the apartment you will find laundries,
internet cafes, gym centers and a huge variety of international
restaurants.
